How KPI, scenario, action and decision results are calculated and interpreted in the system.

KPI Calculations
Progress (%) = (MidYearActual / AnnualTarget) * 100
Gap = MidYearActual - AnnualTarget
Status thresholds
  • Successful : Progress >= 80
  • Adequate : 70 <= Progress < 80
  • At Risk : 50 <= Progress < 70
  • Unsuccessful : Progress < 50
Scenario Health Decision

Scenario health label is derived with the following rule:

  • Needs Immediate Attention 2+ unsuccessful KPI
  • Under Review at least 1 at-risk KPI
  • Adequate at least 1 adequate KPI
  • On Track otherwise

Action Logic
Budget Priority: Medium / High / Very High
High-priority actions: records where priority is High or Very High.
Action governance filters are applied by Scenario Set, Budget Priority, Responsible Unit and Decision Owner.
Decision Readiness Logic
  • Critical KPI Count: KPI status = Unsuccessful
  • Recommended Action Count: number of action plans in scenario
  • Very High / High Action Count: grouped by action budget priority
  • Budget Allocation, Expected Impact and Rejected Option are decision-group fields shown as readiness evidence.
